摘要
目的比较半夏生品及其不同炮制品的镇咳祛痰作用,为进一步的物质基础和质量标准研究奠定基础。方法采用小鼠氨水致咳法和气管酚红排泌法,比较生半夏和清半夏、法半夏、姜半夏、干姜半夏、生水半夏以及姜半夏不同极性提取物的镇咳祛痰作用。结果半夏不同炮制品中以姜半夏镇咳祛痰作用最为显著,生水半夏也有显著的镇咳祛痰作用;姜半夏不同极性提取物中,正丁醇提取物和水层物可明显延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期和减少小鼠咳嗽次数,正丁醇提取物还可明显增加小鼠气管酚红排泌量。结论半夏不同炮制品的镇咳祛痰作用有差别,正丁醇提取物可能是姜半夏镇咳祛痰作用的主要有效部位。
Objective To compare the antitussive and expectorant effects of Pinellia ternata and its processed products,and provide foundation for further material basis and quality standard study.Methods The mouse model of cough was established by ammonia water treatment.The tracheal phenol red secretion test was adopted.The effects of raw Pinellia ternata,alum processed Pinellia,rhizoma Pinelliae,ginger processed Pinellia,dry ginger processed Pinellia,rhizoma typhonii flagelliformis,and different polar extracts of ginger processed Pinellia in mice were determined.Results Ginger processed Pinellia showed the most obvious antitussive and expectorant effects and Rhizoma typhonii flagelliformis also exhibited the similar effect.Among different polar extracts of ginger processed Pinellia,butanol extract and water extract significantly prolonged cough incubation period and reduced cough times of mice,and butanol extract also increased tracheal phenol red secretion.Conclusion The function of Pinellia ternata with different processed products on antitussive and expectorant effects appears differently,and butanol extract may be the active part of ginger processed Pinellia.
