通信终端声压限值要求的来源及走向

Origination and Prospective Development of Acoustic Safety Requirements in Telecommunication Terminals

摘要 通信终端的声安全问题是一个日益严重的问题,对终端可能输出的最大声压进行控制和测试,是用来保障用户以及消费群体远离听力损伤隐患的一个重要环节。分析和介绍了目前通信终端最大声压有关标准中的指标要求,并对标准中各个指标的来源以及未来走向加以总结和介绍。 The acoustic safety issue of telecommunication equipments and terminals is a problem attracting more attention of government administrators and research institutes. It is very important to control and prevent the telecommunication terminals from generating excessive sound pressure level, aiming at protecting telecommunication terminal users from risks of hearing loss. In this paper the overall acoustic safety issue and the related requirements in domestic or international standards and regulations is introduced. Also the rationale why sound pressure level requirements are specified at certain numeric levels and the future development trend of those requirements are analyzed in detail.
