珍稀濒危种斧形沙芥果皮与种子内源抑制物的抑制活性研究 被引量:7

摘要 以斧形沙芥为材料,通过甲醇浸提液萃取斧形沙芥种子,研究其提取液对白菜、解除休眠斧形沙芥种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,探讨斧形沙芥种子休眠与种子内源抑制物的关系。研究结果表明:斧形沙芥种子存在较强生理活性的内源抑制物质,不同溶剂提取斧形沙芥种子内源抑制物质的活性不同,抑制活性由强到弱依次为甲醇、乙酸乙酯、乙醚、石油醚。 Taking the Pugionium dolabratum Maxim. as material,by methanol extraction P.dolabratum seeds,the impact on germination and seedling growth of B. campestri, and break dormancy P.dolabratum seed were studied ,the relationship between seed dormancy and endogenous inhibitor of P.dolabratum was explored. The results showed that there're strong physiological activities in P.dolabratum seeds. Activities of endogenous inhibitory substances of P.dolabratum seed were different which extracted by different solvent. The inhibitory activities from strong to weak were as follows : methanol, ethyl acetate, ether and petroleum ether.
