摘要 研究了小型水平轴风力机叶片的实体建模.首先,通过对比NACA4412和FX63-100两种翼型的气动性,选用更优的FX63-100翼型对风力机叶片进行外形建模设计,然后基于坐标变换原理,运用Excel软件得出翼型的数据,通过solidworks进行叶片的三维实体建模.沿叶片半径方向对翼型弦长和扭角进行三次多项式拟合修正,优化了风力机叶片外观且改善了其加工工艺,提高了生产效率并节约了成本. The physical model of small horizontal shaft wind turbine blade is studied in the paper. First, the different aerodynamic characteristics of NACA4412 and FX63-100 airfoil profiles are compared. The FX63- 100 airfoil profile is proved to be better and used to design the shape of wind turbine blade. Then the parameters of the airfoil profile are calculated in excel software by using the principle of coordinate transformation. Finally,the 3D physical model of the wind turbin blade is designed in solidworks software. The three multionmial fitting corrections of the airfoil chord length and twist angle along the direction of the blade radius are done. This can optimize the appearance of fans as well as the processing technology, promote the production efficiency and save the costs.
