摘要
刮板输送机是煤矿生产中非常重要的构成部分,它不仅是运输物料和煤炭,同时也是采煤机的运行轨道,因此它也成为了现代采煤工艺之中不可或缺的一种主要设备。由于煤炭生产环境较为恶劣,刮板输送机在前一部设备停运的状态下很容易使得机头堆满原煤,造成堵死,影响设备的正常生产甚至有可能损坏设备,造成人员伤亡等。因此,设计一种堆煤保护装置,对于保障刮板输送机的安全稳定运行,确保煤矿安全生产具有非常重要的现实意义。
The scraper conveyor is very important in the production of coal mine of elements,it is not only transportation material and coal,is also the orbits of coal winning machine,so it has become the modern coal mining process of a kind of indispensable main equipment.Due to coal production environment is more severe,scraper conveyor before a equipment decommissioning condition is very easy to make with the raw coal,cause grind,influence equipment normal production might even damage equipment,causing casualties,etc..Therefore,the design of a pile of coal protection device,for security scraper conveyor safety and stable operation,ensure safe production of coal mine has very important practical significance.
