企业间碳配额分配机制研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文遵循社会碳减排总成本最低的经济学最优原则,对分配机制进行探索,提出了波尔兹曼分配法结合盖尔-沙普利博弈的分配机制,在最大程度上寻找企业的需求,以减少由于供需不匹配产生的不必要的交易成本,由于信息不对称导致交易无法畅通完成,进而导致企业以更高成本实现减排的情况出现。本文利用该分配机制对深圳市2010、2011年的数据进行了试分配,从数据层面验证了分配机制理论的有效性和可行性。 Following the lowest total cost of optimal principles of economics, we exploreda distribution mechanism basing on the Bohzmann distribution combined with Gall - Shapley game. To the maximum extent to get the needs of enterprises, which prevents unnecessary transaction costs or higher carbon emission reduction cost induced by asymmetric information. In the last chapter, we use thedata of firm levelin 2010 and 2011 of Shenzhen toverify the effectiveness and feasibility of the allocation mechanism developed in this paper.
