摘要
文章首先对目前国内外的相关研究文献进行了回顾,然后以美国为例,分析了其解决机构知识库版权问题的主要实践方式:政府强制开放存取方式、开放源代码软件方式和知识共享许可协议方式。最后以此为基础,总结了美国的经验对我国的有益启示。
Copyright problem is one of un-obviating reality problems during the course of institutional re pository’s construction and management.Firstly,the paper reviews the pertinent abroad and domestic re search documents at present.Then it takes America as an example and analyzes its main practical modes of settling institutional repository’s copyright problem.They are as follows： the mode of government forc ing open access;the mode of open headstream codes software and the mode of license agreements of knowledge sharing.Based on this,the paper finally summarizes the beneficial revelations for our country as to America’s experiences.
