摘要
本文从 2 0 0 0年中央经济工作会议和全国计划会议的方针出发 ,回顾了以往政府投资对经济的带动作用 ,通过对限制政府投资作用充分发挥的因素进行分析 ,提出了对策建议 ,以扩大内需 。
Beginning with the 2000 Central commission on economy and theNational Planning meeting this article reviews the pulling function of thegovernment investment for the economy and by analyzing the factors that limitsthe full play of the government investment function , this article also comesup with some countermeasures and suggestions to enlarge domestic demand andpropel the economy forward.
