摘要
基于中国国情的政体和国体的改革和发展实际情况,以我国职业化体育发展中出现的问题及政府职能转变为研究对象,运用制度经济学及管理学等学科理论知识,多维、多角度地对体育职业进程中政府出现的职能偏差,以及竞技体育职业化发展中政府职能转变的路径与模式进行分析,系统阐述新形势下政府体育部门职能的作用机理和职能转变路径,并对政府体育部门职能转变和创新,及其对职业化体育发展的影响,进行分析和讨论。
This paper is based on current situation of China＇ s political system and state system. With the problems during the development of professional sports and shift the government functions as the research objects, the author used institu- tional economics and sports management theory to have a multi-dimensional and multi-angle study on the sports career path deviation functions of the government and the development of competitive sports career path in the transformation of gov- ernment functions and mode, analyzed the new situation of government sports authorities, functions of the mechanism tran- sition path, the government function transformation and the sports department of occupational impact of sports develop- ment, evaluated and analyzed the new situation for our government to adjust the functions of sports bodies and innovation.
