摘要
目的探讨子宫动脉灌注栓塞联合清宫治疗疤痕妊娠的疗效与并发症.方法2011年1月-2012年6月共36例疤痕妊娠患者行子宫动脉灌注栓塞,术后所有患者均行清宫治疗,分析子宫动脉灌注栓塞联合清宫对疤痕妊娠的疗效与并发症情况.结果36例患者接受子宫动脉灌注栓塞后在2-7d行清宫治疗,清宫术中出血量10-80mL,术后2-5周患者血β-HCG水平降至正常,患者平均住院天数6d,对患者进行了3-6个月的随访,其中3例发生臀部酸痛,发生率8.3%,无患者出现肌肉坏死等严重并发症.结论子宫动脉栓塞联合清宫是治疗疤痕妊娠的有效手段,能有效减少出血风险,常见的并发症有局部酸痛,经对症治疗可好转.
Objective To evaluate the effects and complications of curettage treatment after uterine arteries chemoembolization in cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods From January 2011 to June 2012,36 patients received curettage treatment after uterine artery chemoembolization,and all their effects and complications were analyzed.Results All 36 patients received curettage in 2 to 7 days after they had undertaken uterine artery chemoembolization,the intraoperative bleeding was 10 to 80mL,and their β-HCG turned normal in about 2 to 5 weeks.Average hospital stays of these patients was 6 days.We follow-up all these patients for about 3 to 6 months,3 patients suffered from pygal pain,occurrence rate was 8.3%.No patients suffered from muscular necrosis. Conclusion The treatment of curettage after uterine artery chemoembolization is safe and effective for the patients of CSP,it can reduce the risk of bleeding,the common complication is pygal pain which can be cured after symptomatic treatment.
