摘要
国外对有关律师费用在纠纷解决中的效用有过不少经验式的研究,研究表明律师费用分配机制在纠纷解决中发挥着经济杠杆效用。认知与分析律师费用的法经济学特点可以帮助我国重新定位律师费用的价值与特性,并检视相关规范存在的政策错漏。
With the introduction to the research achievements on the effect of lawyer fees to dispute resolution in foreign countries, the article analyses the legal economic leverage effectiveness of lawyer fees during dispute resolution. The aim of the article is to help China to insight into the value and characters of lawyer fees, and to recognize the bias and omits in rules on this issue.
