摘要
建筑安全学科建设的推进必须以政产学研模式下的师资人才队伍建设为基础和前提。在分析建筑安全学科建设师资人才需求特征的基础上,采用SWOT方法分析了徐州工程学院师资人才队伍建设的内部资源和外部环境,通过建立分析矩阵得出竞争策略。在提出人才梯队培育模式的基础上,从人才引进,师资培养,校企合作及激励措施四个方面提出了建筑安全学科人才梯队培育的有效路径。
The promotion of building safety in discipline construction must be based on the construction of teaching staff in the mode of government-industry-university-research.After analyzing the demand of teaching staff in this discipline,the internal and external resources for the teaching faculty in Xuzhou Institute of Technology was analyzed with the method of SWOT,and a competitive strategy was established through the setting up of analysis matrix.Together with a talent echelon cultivation mode,some effective ways are proposed concerning the talent echelon cultivation.
