摘要
介绍了一种采用伺服系统控制液压制动软管挠曲疲劳试验机直线运动的结构及仿真模型,并采用试验测试与Matlab仿真相结合的方法完成系统建模,确定仿真参数。通过对试验机直线定位系统的实际试验与仿真,得出试验数据和仿真模型,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
This article describes the structure and the simulation model of a servo system to control the linear motion of flex fatigue testing machine for hydraulic brake hose. The system model is completed by experiment and MATLAB simulation, the simulation parameters are determined, and the testing data and the simulation model are obtained, and the effectiveness and practicality of the method is verified.
