摘要
详细介绍了基于PSD传感器的地震波检测系统的研究。该系统以半导体激光器作为光源,利用PSD对光源照射到其表面位置的高分辨能力,对地面震动的运动情况进行检测分析。PSD两极输出的电流,经过电流—电压变换、放大,然后经过AD转换输送到计算机。通过MATLAB仿真分析,能够准确地检测到地震波振幅、频率等信息,幅值误差小于1%。
The study of the seismic wave detection system based on PSD sensor is introduced in great detail. The system taking a semiconductor laser as light source applies PSD sensor to detect the motion of the ground vibration. The current output of PSD bipolar is conveyed to a computer through the AD converter by a change of current to voltage and amplification. MATLAB simulation shows that the amplitude, frequency and other information of seismic wave can be accurately detected, and error is less than 1%.
