摘要
目的了解高职护生学校归属感的现状,提出对策。方法自编高职护理专业护生学校归属感调查表,对2010级4个班级195名护生进行调查。结果护生的学校归属感总体偏低。结论需采取措施提高护生的学校归属感。
Objective To study the present situation of sense of school belonging for vocational nursing students and find out countermeasures. Method Investigate 195 nursing students from 4 classes of Grade 2 by self--designed questionnaire on sense of school belonging for vocational nursing students. Result Nursing students have a low sense of school belong- ing. Conclusion Measures should be taken to improve students" sense of school belonging.
