摘要
区域土地集约利用对比研究对区域发展、区域规划具有重要的理论和现实意义。以福州市鼓楼区和仓山区为例,从土地投入强度、土地利用程度、土地产出效果和土地可持续利用状况4个方面,选取12个相关指标构建区域土地集约利用综合评价指标体系,对鼓楼区和仓山区土地集约利用状况进行量化对比研究。研究结果表明,鼓楼区和仓山区土地集约利用水平存在显著差异,鼓楼区明显高于仓山区,鼓楼区土地投入强度和土地产出效果比仓山区高很多。鼓楼区在土地集约利用方面对仓山区具有重要的借鉴作用,针对鼓楼区和仓山区不同的经济发展和用地状况,提出了建设性的土地集约利用政策措施,以避免土地低效重复建设,提高土地集约利用水平。
The comparative analysis of intensive land use is of great significance for development regions.In this paper,we took Gulou and Cangshan of Fuzhou for example,choosing 12 appraisal indicators to build the assessment system to conduct evaluation of intensive degree of land use,these indicators were divided into four categories,i.e.Land input intensity,land use degree,Land output effect and Sustainable land utilization.Results indicated that,there were obvious differences on intensive land use between Gulou and Cangshan,where Gulou was higher than Cangshan,Gulou had a better appearance in the aspects of land input and effective land use.Facing the differences of economy and land use between Gulou and Cangshan,this paper gave constructive policies and measures,that the experience of Guou was used for reference to Cangshan in order to avoid low level repeated constructing of land use,and promote the degree of intensive land use.
