摘要
根据"高等学校创新能力提升计划"(简称"2011计划")的要求,针对传统实验教师队伍存在的问题,提出了建设实验教师队伍的新思路:(1)建设一支"高起点"的稳定的实验教师队伍;(2)注重实验教师素质培养,努力达到"高水准";(3)协同创新,打造"有特色"的实验教师队伍;(4)规范实验室管理,完善实验教师考核机制。"高起点、高水准、有特色"是高校实验教师队伍建设的目标。
According to the promotion program of university innovation ability ("211 Plan"), this paper proposes some new ideas to deal with traditional problems in construction of experimental teaching team as follows: (1)Constructing a stable experimental teaching team in a high starting point; (2) Focusing on experimental teachers' quality training to achieve a high level; (3)Creating a "unique" experimental teaching team; (4)Standardizing the laboratory management and improving the evaluation mechanism. It is the goal that an excellent experimental teaching team to cultivate applied talents for our contry will be built.
