摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定阿昔洛韦乳膏(Ⅱ)中阿昔洛韦含量的方法。方法采用AgilentTC-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-水(15∶85)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1;检测波长为254nm;柱温为30℃。结果阿昔洛韦0.9056~45.28μg·mL-1的浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998);平均回收率为98.9%,RSD=0.5%(n=9)。结论本法简便、准确、重复性好,能有效地控制产品的质量。
OBJCETIVE To establish HPLC mothod for the determination of aciclovir in aciclovir cream(Ⅱ).METHODS The analytical column was AgilentTC-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)methanol-water(15∶ 85)was used as mobile phase with the flow rate 1.0mL·min-1,the detection wave-length was 254nm and the column temperature was 30℃.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear within the concentration range of 0.9056-45.28μg·mL-1(r=0.9998),the average recovery was 98.9%,RSD=0.5%,(n=9).CONCLUSION The method was simple,accurate,and repeatable.
