摘要
为研究牛磺酸在小鼠睾丸间质细胞睾酮分泌上的作用,将培养的成年小鼠睾丸间质细胞和新生3d小鼠睾丸用不同浓度牛磺酸处理,然后放射免疫分析法检测培养上清中的睾酮含量。结果显示,牛磺酸对基础培养和10μg/L人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotropin,hCG)刺激培养条件下的成年小鼠睾丸间质细胞睾酮分泌没有显著影响(P>0.05),但在100μg/L hCG刺激培养条件下,牛磺酸浓度在3mmol/L时对培养3d的小鼠睾丸间质细胞睾酮分泌有极显著的刺激作用(P<0.01)。提示牛磺酸在新生雄小鼠生殖系统发育等方面可能起一定作用。
To investigate the effects of taurine on testosterone secretion in mouse Leydig cells, cultured adult mouse Leydig cells and 3-day-old mouse testes cells were dealt with different concentrations of taurine,and the testosterone production in the media was then measured with RIA. The results revealed that taurine had no significant influence on testosterone secretion in cultured adult mouse Leydig cells under basal and 10μg/L hCG stimulated conditions, but 3 mmol/L taurine had significant effect on testosterone production in cultured 3-day-old mouse Leydig cells in the presence of 100μg/L hCG. This suggests that taurine may play a role in reproductive system development of neonatal male mouse.
