不同温度干燥处理对补血草根总酚及其抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Drying Temperatures on Total Phenols Content and Antioxidant Activity of Limonium sinense Root

摘要 分析不同温度干燥处理对补血草根中总酚质量分数及其抗氧化能力的影响.总酚质量分数的测定采用Folin-酚比色法,抗氧化能力的检测分别采用DPPH法、TEAC法和FRAP法.结果表明,经50~80℃温度范围内干燥处理后,补血草根总酚质量分数、清除DPPH.能力和抗氧化能力均随之逐渐提高,当θ=70℃或80℃处理时达最大(ω(总酚)=7.34%、ρSC50=0.68 mg·mL-1、cTEAC=0.92 mmol·g-1和cFRAP=0.25 mmol·g-1),而当θ≥90℃时,则显著下降;此外,θ=70℃处理后的补血草根,其总酚及其抗氧化能力与晒干处理的样品差异均不显著(P>0.05),但与冻干处理的差异则不完全一致.统计分析显示,经不同温度干燥处理后,补血草根中总酚的质量分数与其抗氧化能力间有极显著相关性(R2>0.91).可见,不同温度干燥处理对补血草根总酚质量分数及其抗氧化能力的影响显著,提示新鲜的补血草根经适当的干燥处理可提高其总酚质量分数和抗氧化活性. To analyze the effects of different drying temperatures on the changes of total phe- nols and antioxidant activities in root of Limonium sinense (Girard) O. Kuntze. Total phenols (TP) was estimated by Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetry, and antioxidant activities were measured by dipheny- lpicrylhydrazyl (DPPH·), ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP), and trolox equivalent an-tioxidant capacity (TEAC) assays. The results showed that TP, DPPH radical scavenging and an- tioxidant activities increased gradually when samples were dried from 50 ℃ to 80 ℃, and at t9 = 70 ℃ or 80 ℃, achieved maximum ( total phenols content was 7.34%, half scavenging concentrationon DPPH ~ was 0. 68 mg ·mL^-1, value of TEAC and FRAP were 0. 92 mmol·g^-1, 0. 25 mmol·g^-1, respectively), and obviously decreased at θ≥90 ℃. In addition, when 0 = 70 ℃, the TP and antioxidant activities in the root of L. sinense , were insignificantly different (P 〉 0.05 ) comparedwith the sun-dried treatment, but incompletely different compared with the freeze-dried sample. The statistic analysis showed that the TP and antioxidant activities of L. sinense root dried at different tem- peratures had the extremely significant correlation (R2 〉 0. 91) . Therefore, the different dryingtemperatures treatment on the effects of TP and antioxidant activities in L. sinense roots were remarka- ble. The results suggested that a proper drying treatment could be used to enhance the TP and an- tioxidant capacity in the fresh root of L. sinense.
