摘要
针对锤片式饲料粉碎机输送效率低的问题,对转子结构进行了改进。在利用有限元分析软件FLUENT对锤片式饲料粉碎机中的气固两相流运动状态进行模拟的基础上,结合仿真软件Ansysworkbench对粉碎机的转子进行了流固耦合分析,提出了在锤架板之间增加固定板可以提高转子的强度,增加物料的输送效率的设想。仿真结果表明,在锤架板之间增加固定板可提高转子结构的强度,能有效解决锤片式饲料粉碎机输送效率低的问题。
Based on the problem of low convey efficiency of feed hammer grinder, the rotor structure was improved. On the basis of the simulation of air-solid two-phase flow motion in the feed hammer grinder was performed using software FLUENT, combined with the simulation software Ansysworkbench, the rotor for fluid-solid coupling was analyzed. The thinking of in- creasing the fixing plate between hammer frame board, which not only could improve the rotor strength, but also increase convey efficiency of materials, were put forward. The simulation results showed that:it was an effective way to solve the problem of low convey efficiency and rotor strength of feed hammer grinder.
