摘要
采用吸附法生产低硫及超低硫燃料油备受各国研究者关注。设计制备了具有脱硫功能的金属有机骨架(MOFs)吸附剂,对其吸附、脱附行为进行了考察,对MOFs的脱硫机理进行了讨论。研究表明,制备的Cu3(BTC)2具有MOFs典型结构,吸附容量随吸附时间而增大,适当高温预处理可以提高其吸附能力,吸附容量可达10.7 mg S/g,具备深度脱硫能力,吸附功能与其三维孔道结构及与硫化物的络合作用有关;再生后,吸附剂的吸附容量有所降低,再生率在90%左右。
The production of ultra low sulfur or even sulfur free fuel has been an inevitable worldwide trend. Metal organic frameworks (MOFs) adsorbent with sulfur removal function have been prepared, and their adsorption and desorption behavior as well as desulfurization mechanism have been investigated. The adsorption experiments showed that the adsorption capacity of MOFs increased with adsorption time, certain thermal treatment was favorable ,and the adsorption capacity of MOFs come to 10.7 mg S/g. The desulfurization function was attributed to the three-dimensional pores of MOFs and their complexing force with sulfur compounds. The breakthrough time decreased with the increasing feed sulfur content. The sul- fur content of effluent liquid can not come to initial feed level. The Cu3 (BTC) 2 showed deep desulfurization performance, the adsorption capacity decreased through regeneration, the regeneration rate of adsorbents come to 90%.
