摘要
采用传统的振动监测方法对往复式舱底泵进行了振动响应分析,有测点出现振动响应增大,有测点出现振动响应减小,按照振动响应的变化不易进行故障判别,尤其难以进行故障的定位.提出了采用力源识别的方法进行故障深入分析,通过剥离传递途径的影响,在激励源特性上容易区分正常状态和故障状态,准确地找到了蜗轮蜗杆啮合磨损是舱底泵出现故障的原因,该方法对其他机械设备故障诊断具有借鉴意义.
The vibration response of the reciprocating bilge pump was analyzed using traditional vibration monitoring methods.The analysis indicates vibration response of some measuring points increased,while some decreased.The analysis reveals the difficulty of distinguishing the location of fault,due to changes of the vibration response.This paper proposes to analyze fault in depth by adopting a load identification method.It is easy to distinguish the normal state and fault state in respect of the characteristics of the excitation source by stripping the influence of transmission path.The results demonstrate accurately that the meshing wear of worm gear resulted in bilge pump fault and this approach can be used as future reference for fault diagnosis of other mechanical equipment.
