摘要
目的了解和评估近10年来山东省医药卫生科技信息研究所的科研能力和学术水平,旨在为今后科学管理提供可信的依据。方法运用文献计量学方法,对其2001-2010年的论文产出量进行了分析。结果 10年间,山东省医药卫生科技信息研究所发表医学科技论文总数量254篇,共在81种期刊杂志上发表了论文,论文主要的研究方向由前5年的医学领域相关研究及进展转变为后5年的卫生政策与卫生管理及文献计量学分析。结论加强人才队伍建设,培养学科带头人;建立、健全论文评价机制;加大奖励措施,加大科研力度,加强业务能力,提高学术水平是推动山东省医药卫生科技信息研究所科研工作开展,提高科研水平的有效方法。
Objective Understanding and assessing the research capacity and academic standards of the shandong institute of medicine and health information, aiming to provide a credible basis for future scientific management. Method Analysing the volume of paper output in 2001 - 2010 by biblilometric methods. Result In the ten years, shandong institute of medicine and health information has issued the total number of medical paper 254, distributing in 81 journals. Thesis research direction transformed into the health policy, health management and bibliometric analysis in the later five years from research and progress in the medical field in the first five years. Conclusion Strengthening the construction of qualified personnel team and euhivating academic leaders; Estab- lishing and improving the paper evaluation mechanisms to increase the incentive measures and research ~fforts; Enhancing the operational capacity and the academic level is considered as an effective way to promote the im-plement of research work and boosting the level of scientific research.
