摘要
细节管理有助于提高高校辅导员的工作成效、有助于形成学校特色;因此应明确高校辅导员细节管理的长远目标、丰富常规管理内容、提高管理水平、加强监督评价,使高校辅导员细节管理制度化和常态化,才可能更好地加强辅导员队伍管理,有效促进辅导员专业化发展。
Details management helps to improve the work effectiveness of college counselors and helps to form the characteristics of a college. Therefore, we should determine the long-term objectives of details management of college counselors, enrich the conventional management content, improve the level of the management and enhance the supervision and evalu- ation. Only making the management systematism and normalization, can we better enhance the management of counselor groups and effectively promote the specialized development of counselors.
