摘要
以邯郸市农业科学院开展科技服务实践为例,论述了基层科研院所在农村科技服务中的优势,并简要分析了其存在的问题及解决途径。
Taking the science and technology service activities in Handan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, the advantages of basic scientific research institute in rural science and technology service were discussed, and the existing problems and solution methods were briefly analyzed.
