右美托咪定联合咪达唑仑用于ICU机械通气患者的镇静观察及护理 被引量：9

摘要 目的观察右美托咪定联合咪达唑仑用于ICU机械通气患者的镇静效果及护理。方法 81例ICU机械通气的患者按随机数字表分为观察组41例和对照组40例,记录两组患者镇静评分、拔管时间、拔管后15min的镇静评分以及拔管后躁动评分。结果两组患者镇静评分、拔管时间无差异(P>0.05),拔管后15min的镇静评分以及拔管后躁动评分存在差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定联合咪达唑仑用于ICU机械通气患者镇静程度满意,同时护理人员加强病情观察,及时监测镇静水平,重视呼吸道管理,做好基础及心理护理,促进患者康复。
