为进一步提高“互助－新台阶”活动的效果，充分了解日本先进的精益生产管理的发展现状及趋势，4月22日－26日，中国汽车工业协会组织考察团前往日本考察、访问日本电装株式会社、爱信精机株式会社和丰田自动车株式会社。本次赴日考察团是以中国汽车工业协会副秘书长董建平为团长，精益生产互助会六家企业共计15人为团员。
In order to further improve efficiency of 'Help Each other —— New Steps' activities, and fully understand the development status and trend of advanced Lean Production Management in Japan, in April 22-26, the investigation team organized by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), has gone to investigate in Japan, and paid visits to Japan Denso Co., Aixin Precision Machinery Co. and Toyota Automobile Co.
