摘要
目的探讨个案管理护理实践对骨科患者疼痛控制的效果。方法将同一病区的124例患者按入院先后分为对照组和干预组各62例,干预组由个案管理小组对其提供整体性、持续性、全程的疼痛管理,对照组接受常规护理。分别在术前,术后8h、24h、72h评估疼痛程度,出院前评价疼痛控制满意度。结果干预组患者疼痛程度显著低于对照组,疼痛控制满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论个案管理可有效控制骨科患者疼痛程度,提升疼痛控制满意度。
Objective To explore effect of case management on pain relief of orthopedic patients. Methods A total of 124 patients hospitalized in the same ward were randomized into a control group and an intervention group of 62 according to hospitalization orders. The intervention group received holistic, continuous and whole-course pain management provided by the case management group, while the control group were given conventional nursing care. Degree of pain was assessed before and 8 h, 24 h and 72 h after the operation respectively, and patient satisfaction with pain relief was evaluated before discharge. Results Degree of pain was signifi- cantly lower and patient satisfaction with pain relief was significantly higher in the intervention group (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion Case management can reduce pain in orthopedic patients and improve patient satisfaction with pain relief.
