摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科对腹腔镜结直肠癌患者围术期护理的指导意义。方法选择解放军白求恩国际和平医院普通外科2012年10—12月采取快速康复外科护理的行腹腔镜手术的结直肠癌34例作为研究组,2011年10—12月采取常规护理的行传统开腹手术的结直肠癌34例作为对照组,比较两组术后舒适度、术后首次排气时间、住院时间、住院费用及并发症发生率。结果两组术后首次排气时间、住院费用比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术后舒适度、住院时间优于对照组(P<0.01),并发症发生率(5.9%)显著低于对照组(47.1%)(P<0.01)。结论对结直肠癌患者围术期采取快速康复外科护理,患者术后舒适度提高、并发症减少、康复加快。
Objective To explore significance of fast track surgery in peroperative period nursing care of patients with colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 34 patients with coloreetal cancer underwent laparoscopic operation and fast track surgery in our department from 2012 October to December as study group, and 34 patients with colorectal cancer un- derwent traditional laparotomy and routine care from 2011 October to December as control group. Postoperative comforta- ble degrees, first time postoperative exhaust times, lengths of hospital stay, hospitalization costs and complication inci- dence rates of the two groups were compared. Results The differences in first time postoperative exhaust and hospitaliza- tion costs were not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. Comfortable degrees and lengths of hospital stay in study group were better than those in control group （P 〈 0. 01 ） ; complication rate （5. 9% ） was significantly lower than that （47.1% ） in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Fast track surgery in peroperative period nursing care of patients with colorectal cancer may improve comfortable rate, reduce postoperative complications and accelerate rehabilitation.
