摘要
研究了转炉生产GCr15轴承钢铸坯的夹杂物、T[O]变化,铸坯中的夹杂物主要来自VD炉脱气和浇铸过程,钢材缺陷处的夹杂物主要是由Ca-Al-Mg等组成的复合夹杂物。通过控制精炼过程渣,优化精炼后期配电、氩气搅拌和碳化硅加入制度等措施,GCr15钢材的平均T[O]下降了8.45%,钢材缺陷率降低了0.26%,效果非常显著。
It is researched the inclusion and T[ Ol change in casting billet of GCrI5 bearing steel produced with converter, the inclusion in billet mainly comes in procedure of VD furnace degassing and casting, whereas the inclusion at defects of steels is mainly complex inclusion composed by Ca, AI and Mg. With measures : control slag of refining procedure, optimizing systems of power distribution, argon gas stirring and adding silicon carbide in later stage of refining, the average T[ O ] of GCrl5 steels reduced by 8.45% , the defects ratio of steels goes down to 0.26% , a excellent result.
