摘要
欧洲各国社会住宅发展大都遵循萌芽、鼎盛、反思改造、混合多样化的发展规律。本文通过对欧洲5个国家社会住宅发展历程与发展模式的分析,总结其发展的宝贵经验,为中国保障性住房走向良性可持续发展道路提供有益借鉴。
Social housing of European countries mostly follows the law of devel- opment of sprouting, flourishing, reflection transformation and mixing diversity. By analysis of development history and development model of social housing of five European cotintries, this article summarizes valuable experience of its development, which provides beneficial reference for China to realize sustainable development of welfare-oriented housing.
