摘要
农村土地流转的市场化,即是按照市场供需关系,从农村土地资源的效用最大化进行资源的配置。因此在市场经济中,市场供需关系所产生的土地价值比较效用则是农村土地流转的基础性诱致机制。本文通过定性分析进一步明确了市场供需关系对土地流转的差异性影响。
Rural land circulation is the mercerization in accordance with market supply and demand,from the rural land resources utility maximization for resource allocation.So in market economy,market supply and demand relations resulting from the land value comparison utility is the basic rural land circulation induced system mechanism.In this paper,through qualitative analysis further clear the market supply and demand relations to the differences of land circulation influence.
