摘要
目的 :比较国产单硝酸异山梨酯 (IS- 5 - MN)与进口硝酸异山梨酯 (ISDN)注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法 :冠心病心绞痛病人 16 0例 ,其中 10 0例以国产 IS- 5 - MN2 5 m g,加入 5 % GS10 0 m l,iv gtt(5～ 10 mg/ h) ,bid,连用 14d。另外6 0例以进口 ISDN10 m g,加入 5 % GS10 0 ml,iv gtt(2～ 4mg/ h) ,bid,连用 14d。结果 :国产 IS- 5 - MN组临床总有效率92 .0 % ,ECG总有效率 5 7.0 % ;对照组则依次为 88.3%与 5 3.3% ;组间比较均 P>0 .0 5。结论 :国产 IS- 5 - MN的疗效和作用与进口 ISDN注射液相近。
AIM: To compare the efficacy of domestic isosorbide 5 mononitrate (IS 5 MN) with that of imported isosorbide dinitrate (ISDN) in patients with angina pectoris. METHODS: One hundred patients [M54, F46; age (60±9) y] with angina pectoris were treated with IS 5 MN 25 mg in 5% glucose injection 100 ml by infusion in a speed of 5-10 mg/h. Another 60 patients [M31, F29; age (60±6) y] were treated with ISDN 10 mg in 5% glucose injection 100 ml by infusion in a speed of 2-4 mg/h, Both were infused in a twice daily dose respectively for 14 d. RESULTS: The total clinical effective rate was 92 0%, ECG effective rate was 57 0% for domestic group; and 83 3% and 53 3% respectively for imported group, and IS 5 MN improved left ventricular function. CONCLUSION: The effects of domestic isosorbide 5 mononitrate and imported isosorbide dinitrate are similar.
