摘要
针对某64 000 t散货船对载运液化镍矿的安全要求,并兼顾载运其他散货的装卸效率,设计活动中纵舱壁结构.借助有限元分析校核活动舱壁结构强度,并优化尺寸、减轻质量.该案例可为载运液化货物船舶的结构设计提供参考.
On the newbuilding project in Jinling Shipyard, a movable longitudinal bulkhead structure is designed for a 64 000 t bulk carrier to ensure the safety in carrying nickel and improve efficiency of loading and unloading other cargoes. By finite element analysis, the movable longitudinal bulkhead structure strength is verified, the dimension is optimized, and the quality is lighten weight. This case can provide reference for structure design on ships which carry liquefied cargoes.
