摘要
某皮卡样车后保险杠支架在进行45 000 km耐久试验过程中,后保险杠右安装支架加强钣开裂,后保险杠左、右安装支架的安装车架开裂.基于MSC Nastran的频率响应分析对该支架进行仿真分析,找出开裂失效的原因,并提出改进方案.
During the 45 000 km road durability test of a pick-up vehicle, the fracture problem occurs on the reinforcement sheet of the right bracket of rear bumper and the frame mounted rear bumper. The frequency response of the rear bumper is simulated and analyzed by MSC Nastran, and the fracture reason is found and the problem is solved.
