摘要
用Adams建立车辆虚拟样机,根据获取的真实道路轮心六分力结果,使车辆虚拟模型的载荷结果逼近真实道路情况,实现虚拟样机重现实际道路的过程,进而获取车身及其零部件的道路谱疲劳载荷,并为疲劳分析提供载荷输入.
The virtual prototype is built by Adams and the load on the virtual model of the vehicle are made to approach the wheel spindle six-component force on actual load. So the actual load are presented by the virtual prototype, and then the road spectrum fatigue load on vehicle body and its components is obtained, which can be taken as the input for fatigue analysis.
