摘要
本文报告1例口服吡喹酮后发生多种不良反应的血吸虫病病例,不良反应包括头痛、头昏、乏力、腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、失眼、多梦、多汗、四肢关节痛、腰痛,荨麻疹、偶发心悸、幻觉、谵妄、神志异常并精神分裂症。经对症治疗,患者痊愈出院。
This report describes a patient with schistosomiasis who was treated with orally administered praziquantel that caused multiple adverse reactions such as headaches, dizziness, fatigue, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, diar rhea, insomnia, frequent dreaming, profuse sweating, limb and joint pain, backaches, a rash, occasional heart palpita-tions, hallucinations, delirium, altered consciousness, and schizophrenia. After treatment, the patient recovered and was discharged.
