儿童发笑性癫痫二例
摘要
发笑性癫痫又称痴笑发作，是指以突发情感变化为特征的、以发笑为主要表现的一种特殊类型的癫痫。起病年龄可从出生后数小时至成年期，但多数在儿童期发病。本文对2例儿童发笑性癫痫患儿进行报道。
