摘要
随着经济全球化,社会信息化进程加快,社会在日益强盛的同时也越发脆弱。高校是社会最敏感的一部分,是高等教育的依托,社会的希望。但高校经常发生一些意想不到的突发事件,严重影响了校园的稳定和发展。处理突发事件,需要高校思想政治工作者引导师生正确认识突发事件,开展相应的安全教育,提高自身素质,建立预警、应急、心理干预机制,应对不测事件的发生。
As the development of global economic development, and the process of social information, so- ciety is weaker and weaker. Universities are the most sensitive parts and hopes of higher education, but some unexpected incidents happened in the universities, which seriously influence the stability and development of campuses. It needs teachers who work for ideological and political work in universities to understand emergen- cy events, wage corresponding chology interference to prevent safeguard education, enforce self quality, set up precaution, urgency and psy- unexpected events.
