摘要
软件产业作为信息产业的核心和灵魂,是改造提升传统产业的重要手段,是推进信息化与工业化融合的必要支撑。鉴于此,我们有必要重新分析"两化融合"背景下,山东省软件产业的发展现状、特点以及新的发展环境,并且制定既与"两化融合"战略相适应又符合山东省软件产业特点的、切实可行的战略对策。这不仅能够推动山东省软件产业快速发展,提升山东省软件产业的竞争力水平,而且能够更好地贯彻"两化融合"战略,加快推进山东省走出一条高科技含量、高附加值、低能耗、低污染的新型工业发展之路。
As the core and soul of information industry, software industry is an important means to transform and upgrade traditional industries, and it is an necessary support to promote the integration of informatization and industrialization. In view of this, it is necessary for us to analyze the development status, characteristics and new development environment of software industry in Shandong under the background of integration of informatization and industrialization, and it is necessary for us to make the feasible strategies and measures which are both compatible with the integration strategy and accord with the characteristics of software industry in Shandong. It can not only promote the development and improve the competitiveness level of software industry in Shandong but also implement the integration strategy better and accelerate new industrial development of Shandong which is characteristic of high-tecb content, high added value, low energy consumption and low pollution.
