摘要
技能大赛已成为职业院校展示办学质量的重要平台。会计技能大赛竞赛项目设置与会计岗位核心能力培养相一致。职业学校会计教学中存在重理论教学、轻技能训练,缺乏激励机制,"校企合作、工学结合"深度不够,教师专业技能水平不高等问题。会计专业课程改革应夯实理论基础,强化技能训练,构建"理实一体化"课程体系;健全奖励机制,激发师生参加技能大赛的积极性;促进校企合作,创造实训机会;注重教师专业能力的培养和提升,培养"双师型"教师队伍。
Skills competition has become an important platform for displaying the teaching quality of vocational college. The project settings of accounting skills competition should consist with the core competence cultivation of accounting positions. There are many problems in accounting teaching in vocational college, such as paying more attention to the theory teaching than skill training, lacking of incentive mechanism, being short of depth in the field of ＂school-enterprise cooperation, work-study combination＂ , the low level of teachers＂ professional skills. Accounting curriculum reform should lay a solid theoretical foun- dation, strengthen skill training, construct ＂integration of theory and practice＂ course system, perfect incentive mechanism, arouse the enthusiasm of the teachers and students to participate in the contest, promote school-enterprise cooperation, create training opportunities, and pay attention to fostering and enhancing teachers ＂ professional ability to train ＂double-type＂ teachers.
