摘要
社会主义新农村生态文明建设是中国农村实现可持续发展的重要途径,事关国土安全、国计民生。其哲学理论基础包括人与自然、生态文明与物质文明、精神文明和政治文明、生态文明建设与经济发展之间的辩证关系。推进社会主义新农村生态文明建设既是科学发展观的本质要求,又是构建社会主义和谐社会的必由之路,还是全面建成小康社会的内在要求。社会主义新农村生态文明建设必须以科学发展观为指导,加强生态文明制度建设;加强生态文明宣传教育,树立和培养生态文明理念;加大投入和政策扶持力度,注重提高环保科技含量。
As a part of the new socialist countryside building the ecological civilization building is an important way to sustainable development in rural China,crucial to national security,beneficial to people＇s livelihood.Its philosophy is based on dialectical relationships of man to nature,of ecological civilization to material civilization,of spiritual civilization to political civilization,of ecological civilization construction to economic development.Promoting its development is not only the requirements of the scientific development outlook,but also the route to a harmonious society,and a well-off society.With the scientific development outlook as guidance,the system and public-awareness must be enhanced-and,more importantly,financial and policy support as well as scientific environmental protection must be stressed.
