摘要 裂解气是石油烃高温裂解生产低级烯烃过程中生成的多组分混合气体,其组成随裂解原料、工艺条件而异。只有严格检测裂解气中各种组分的含量指标并及时调整工艺参数,才能经净化及深冷分离后获得所需纯度的乙烯和丙烯。本文参照UOP539[2]及ASTM D1945[1]方法,对色谱仪进行优化改进,采用多阀、多柱、多检测器的二维气色谱法。 Pyrolysis gas was mixed gas generating hydrocarbon pyrolysis production of lower olefins process, and its composition changed with the raw material and process conditions of cracking. Only the strict detection in cracking gas content index of various components and timely adjustment of technological parameters, it can be purified and cryogenic separation to obtain desired purity of ethylene and propylene. According to the UOP539 and the ASTM D1945 method, optimized chromatography, using two -dimensional gas chromatography multi valve, column and detector, the analysis of composition of the pyrolysis gas can be quickly and accurately.
