摘要
在支持多通道控制功能的高档数控系统中,通道工作状态的连续性以及能够引起通道状态变化的离散事件使得高档数控系统的控制表现出复杂的混杂特性。针对多通道数控系统的混杂特性,通过综合着色petri网和连续petri网的优势,提出一种混杂petri网模型。并在此模型基础上对多通道之间的协同控制技术进行研究,设计基于信号的消息机制实现通道间的协调控制。最后,以一个双通道协同控制工件程序为例,采用ptolemy II仿真工具对所建立的协同控制petri网模型进行了仿真实验,仿真结果证明了模型的有效性。
The continuity of the channel state and the discrete event that can change channel state make control function of the High-end CNC system exhibit complex hybrid characteristics in the High-end CNC system that support the control function of the multi-channel. A hybrid Petri net is presented through in- tegrating the advantages of color Petri net and continuous Petri net for the hybrid characteristics of the multi-channel CNC system. We do research on the collaborative control function of multi-channel ac- cording to the proposed hybrid Petri net, at the same time we designed the signal-based message mecha- nism for coordinating the running of the channel. Finally, a workpiece program which shows the collabo- rative work of dual-channel is presented and a simulation experiment is token accordance with the estab- lished hybrid Petri net model for the dual-channel collaborative control workpiece program. The simula- tion results show the validity of the model.
