摘要
建设科尔沁沙地生态文明功在当代、利在千秋。科尔沁沙地生态文明建设最为重要的是"科学"。这种"科学"来自于对生态文明建设中存在的不管是研究问题还是实践问题的认真考量,并由此确立的合理区划、科学造林营林、制订和完善保障措施等尊重自然、顺应自然、有度利用自然的生态文明建设方法。
Constructing ecological-progress in Horqin Sandland made contributions to contemporary era and will bene-fit future generations. The most important thing of the ecological-progress construction in Horqin sandland is the ＂science＂; this ＂science＂ not only comes from careful consideration of whether research questions or practical issues existed in the ecological-progress construction,but also comes from reasonable zoning, scientific silviculture and de-veloping and improving ensuring measures and other ecological-progress construction methods to guarantee respect for nature, conform to the nature and utilize natural materials abstemiously.
