摘要
为研究旧水泥路面沥青加铺层层间压应力,建立力学模型分析了沥青加铺层及水泥板厚度、超载对层间压应力的影响.发现荷载圆中心连线上各点的压应力明显高于其他位置的压应力,最大压应力值可达到0.6MPa;随着沥青加铺层厚度的增加层间压应力呈现明显的下降趋势,当加铺层厚度为0.06m时层间最大压应力可达0.75MPa;层间压应力受水泥板厚度的影响很小;随着轮胎接地压强的增加层间压应力明显增大,当轮胎接地压强由0.7MPa增加到1.4MPa时,层间最大压应力值增加了100%,达到1.2MPa.综合分析表明,层间压应力受轮胎接地压强和沥青加铺层厚度的影响明显.
To explore the compressive stresses between old cement concrete pavement and asphalt overlay,the mechanical model was established.Then,the stresses were analysed,from the influences of asphalt and cement concrete thickness,and overloads of vehicles.The compressive stresses,on line attaching the two load circles,are obviously higher than those of the other positions,and obtain maximum of 0.6 MPa.With the increase of asphalt overlay thickness,the compressive stresses decline.When the asphalt overlay thickness is 0.06 m,the stress meets the maximum of 0.75 MPa.The thickness of cement concrete has little influence on compressive stress.Also,the compressive stresses evidently increase with the pressure between tire and ground.If the former special pressure changes from 0.7 MPa to 1.4 MPa,the stress increases by 100%,namely 1.2 MPa.To sum up,the interlayer compressive stresses are greatly influenced by the pressure of tire or thickness of asphalt overlay.
