摘要
目的 :探讨低频高变磁场理疗治疗慢性肾功能不全尿毒症期并上消化道症状的临床疗效。方法 :总结35例慢性肾功能不全 (CRF)尿毒症期并上消化道症状 (不包括上消化道出血 )病人理疗治疗疗效 ,并与同期 2 0例慢性肾功能不全尿毒症期并上消化道症状病人行常规药物治疗组作对照。结果 :理疗组与常规药物治疗组总有效率分别为 80 %、45 % ,理疗组疗效明显优于常规药物组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,且复发率低。结论 :利用电磁治疗机的低频高变磁场作用治疗 (CRF)非透析病人并上消化道症状 ,疗效明显优于常规药物治疗组 。
Objective: To study the theurapeutic effect of chronic renal insufficiency associated with upper digestive tract symptem by Low frequency and high varied magnetic physical therapy Method: The physical theurapeutic effect of chronic renal insufficiency associated with upper degestive tract symptom in 35 cases was investigated and compared with 20 cases with routine drug treatment group. Result: The total effective rate in physical treatment group and routine drug treatment group were 80% and 45% respectively. The theurapeutic effect of physical treatment group was obviously excellent then that of routine drug treatment group. There was significant difference in them (P<0.01). Conclution: The theurapeutic effect of physical therapy on chronic renal insufficiency associated with upper digestive tract symptom was better then that of routine drug treatment group and there is an advantage of avoidence of by using physical therapy.
