摘要
目的 :研究 P物质 (SP)在不同水平对大鼠黄体生成素 (LH)和睾酮 (T)分泌的影响。方法 :下丘脑、腺垂体、睾丸离体组织培养以及顺序灌注 ,于三级组织培养液中加入不同浓度的 SP,用放射免疫分析法测定培养液中 LH和 T的分泌量。结果 :不同浓度的 SP在睾丸水平均可直接抑制 T的分泌 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,而在腺垂体水平对 L H的分泌则无显著影响 (P>0 .0 5) ;经顺序灌注后SP(50 0 0 ng/ 1 0 ul)可在下丘脑水平间接抑制 LH和 T的分泌 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :SP可能作为一种抑制性调节肽参与了生殖内分泌活动的调节。
Objective:To investigate the effect of substance P on the secretion of luteinizing hormone (LH) and testosterone (T) at different levels.Methods:Using tissue culture and sequence perfusion in hypothalamus,anterior pituitary gland and testis.The concentration of LH and T in the culture fluid was detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA).Results:We found that various doses of SP can inhibit T release directly in 3 hours incubation of testis tissues ( P <0.01),whereas there was no significant effect of SP on the release of LH from anterior pituitaries tissues ( P >0 05) Moreover,Sp might inhibit the secretion of hypothalamus gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH),thus inhibit the secretion of pituitary LH and testis T indirectly.Conclusion:SP may works as an inhibitory regulatory peptide to act on LH and T release.
