通过公众移动通讯网,将数据通讯技术在铁路机务、统计、行车安全等领域的实际综合应用,构建机车运用智能管理集成应用平台,提高机车运用管理的可控水平,促进各级行车指挥、运用、监控、统计、检修等部门的业务自动化水平的提高。
Data communication technology is applied comprehensively in utilization, statistics and traffic safety of railway maintenance through public moving communication network. In this way, integrated application platform with intelligent management on locomotive is constructed; controlled standard with management of locomotive is improved; business automation level of several departments at all levels is improved concerning traffic control, application, monitoring and controlling, statistics and maintenance.
